Rangapara College has an excellent Library and Information Centre, serving as one of the institution's central support services. Spanning an area of 4,200 square feet, the library offers a total seating capacity of 81, with separate reading rooms for students and teachers.

The library boasts an extensive collection of over 30,000 physical books and provides access to the N-LIST program initiated by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). This program includes more than 6,000 journals from the e-SodhSindhu consortium, over 199,500 e-books under N-LIST, and access to 600,000+ e-books through the National Digital Library of India (NDLI). Additionally, the library has recently subscribed to the Government's visionary One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) scheme under VikshitBharat@2047.

Equipped with modern facilities, the library utilizes Barcode Technology, Koha 23.11 ILMS software for automation, and DSpace software for digital library management. A dedicated OPAC Kiosk is available for users to search the library catalog. To assist visually impaired students, the library has installed JAWS and NVDA screen reader software.

Furthermore, the library has successfully completed the first phase of the project "Digitization & Preservation of Rare Manuscripts of Old Assamese Literature", which involves preserving valuable manuscripts written on Sanchipat and Tulapat, housed in various Satras and Namghars across Assam.
